What is the typical starting cost of a writing project?

My rates work on a per project basis and begin at $350 for 1000 words. A final quote is given based on content type and word count.  All project fees include:

  • Research (including stats, reports and expert quotes if needed)
  • An outline for you to approve before I send a first draft.
  • Visual imagery like screenshots and real-life examples relatable to your audience.
  • Search engine optimization based on your keywords, including title, meta-description, and images.
  • Up to two rounds of revision.
  • Formatting and CMS publishing (WordPress only) if requested.

What do I get in a content package?

With my content packages, you receive a 5% discount when you commission a minimum of 4 articles a month. This is a done for you package that includes a content calendar, keyword research, search engine optimization, and writing. It takes off the stress of deciding what to post and keeping your website updated with fresh content. Here’s what the process entails:

  • We get on a call to learn more about your business and content marketing goals.
  • You select a monthly package and we sign a contract.
  •  Next, we create a content calendar. Each month, I will send you a content plan with topics and relevant keywords that align with your business goals and your customers’ needs. Suggestions are highly welcome.
  • I’ll write and share a draft with you via Google Docs to review.
  • After your review, final edits are carried out and it’s ready to publish.

Do you offer ghostwriting services?

Yes, I offer ghostwriting services for companies and individuals who want to build their personal brand through thought leadership essays or blog posts. However, there’s a 20% extra added to the final charges.
